Boca Raton roofing project

A Custom Skylight and a Flat Roof Built for South Florida

An oversized skylight brings daylight into this Boca Raton property. Above it, a carefully planned roof system helps move heavy rain toward the drains.

Completed Boca Raton flat roof with custom oversized skylight

The project

The property called for a new flat roof with effective drainage and a custom-made, oversized skylight suited to South Florida’s high-wind requirements.

Our approach

Roof Masters installed tapered insulation beneath the flat roof system to create slope toward the drains. The team installed the HVHZ-approved skylight and integrated its perimeter with the roofing system for a watertight connection.

The result

The finished roof gives rainwater a clear path toward the drains, while the oversized skylight opens the room below to natural light.
