I recently hired Build Master to handle a mold remediation and full bathroom remodel for two bathrooms in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience.

Eddie and Pablo communicated regularly with me and kept me informed of every phase of the job. They kept a clean work site emphasizing safety from falling nails and other debris. My wife is the Melissa that gave Buildmasters a negative review. I totally disagree with her review. Bob and his crew did a great job and he went above and beyond what the insurance company paid for in my opinion. There was some excess damage that had to wait to be worked on until the insurance company covered it and my wife probably didn't understand what was going on. Bob always told me exactly what would happen and what the insurance company would cover, and in fact did extra work that may have cost him money. There was unfortunately, some misunderstanding with my wife in terms of what insurance covered, which had to be settled before the work could be completed. In fact, I got Bob's business card at the time to pass out to my associates in case they needed similar work.
